Our company was established in 2003 and operates in an area of ​​3,200 m² in Istanbul.

GVD is a family-oriented business with four shareholders. Our organizational structure encompasses all our employees, from senior management to technical coordinators and sales managers. Our team consists of 50 specialists.

Our production facility includes a Roll-Forming line, CNC punch, bending and twisting machines, gasket maker, packaging machine and paint line.

• Common Features:
  Premium-X and Premium-E are compatible with ABB, Schneider, and Siemens switchgear products. They are suitable for horizontal and vertical mounting, ensuring seamless integration into a variety of projects.
  
  • Both models are available in depths of 400, 600, 800, and 1000 mm.
  • They meet IP31, IP43, and IP55 protection classes.
  • They are certified for internal arc resistance, seismic testing, IP certification, GOST-R, CE, TSE, and ISO.
• Differences:
  Premium-X features a 27-stranded frame, providing greater durability and supporting protection up to IP65. Premium-E, on the other hand, is a cost-effective solution with a 5-stranded frame.

• Profile Durability: Premium-X is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel and painted in RAL 7035. The 27-fold frame design provides maximum durability and rigidity.
• Advantages:
  • Different protection class options are available, up to IP31, IP43, IP55, and IP65.
  • Minimum thickness and maximum durability: 1.2 mm thickness is more resistant to horizontal and vertical forces than 2 mm frames.
  • Complies with DIN Standards: 25 mm hole center spacing.
• Certifications and Testing: IEC 61439-2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE, Internal Arc Test, Seismic Test, Tensile, Compression, and Torsion Tests.

GVD isolators offer solutions suitable for all types of projects with their designs that ensure durability, safety, and ease of use.

Manufactured in GVD’s own production facilities, these isolators offer high mechanical strength and excellent insulation properties. Our products are IEC type-test certified and comply with international quality standards.

GVD generally delivers its products assembled. However, flatpack (flatpack) delivery is also available upon customer request.
