Withdrawable MCC Panels – WMCC
In motor control centers (MCCs), withdrawable system technology offers numerous advantages, particularly in industries requiring faults to be resolved without interrupting the process (e.g., chemical industries or water treatment plants).
It features highly secure switching systems. Even in the event of a short circuit, control contacts can switch currents up to 630A. In the event of a fault, withdrawable modules can be quickly replaced or added without shutting down the system.
Power transmission in contact modules is achieved through non-shielded contacts.
Drawer modules are pluggable and removable. The traditional wiring system eliminates the need for traditional connection systems. It’s user-friendly, both visually and practically.
WMCC:
- Installed fully withdrawable modules can be locked in the “run”, “test” and “open circuit” positions.
- It is protected against misuse with safety lock mechanisms.
- In standard configurations, 3 or 4 pole drawer modules are available with 125A, 315A, 630A options.
- Compared to compact modules, it can offer a more economical and effective solution.
These panels, which are used to compensate the system in the most appropriate way in shopping malls, industrial facilities, smart buildings, treatment plants and all areas where A.G power control is required, are projected by our expert team using the E-Plan 5.30 drawing program in accordance with IEC 60617 standards.
